Guests may request date changes or booking modifications up to 5 days before arrival, subject to room availability and applicable rate differences. Modification requests made after this period will be treated as cancellations.
Guests who check out earlier than the confirmed departure date are not entitled to refunds for unused nights, unless otherwise approved by hotel management under special circumstances.
Once a cancellation or refund is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method used for the booking.
For bank transfers or manual payments, please provide your bank account details for the refund to be issued securely.
Some discounted or promotional bookings are offered as non-refundable. Once confirmed, these bookings cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the hotel’s control, the management reserves the right to modify or waive cancellation charges based on the situation.
