Our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Kings Castle Hotels, we value your trust and are committed to providing a smooth and transparent booking experience. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and booking amendments for guests staying with us.

1. Reservation Cancellations

Guests may cancel their reservations under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 3–6 days prior to check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Please note that cancellation timelines may vary for promotional or third-party bookings. Always review the cancellation terms displayed during booking.

2. Modifications to Reservations

Guests may request date changes or booking modifications up to 5 days before arrival, subject to room availability and applicable rate differences. Modification requests made after this period will be treated as cancellations.

3. Early Departures

Guests who check out earlier than the confirmed departure date are not entitled to refunds for unused nights, unless otherwise approved by hotel management under special circumstances.

4. Refund Process

Once a cancellation or refund is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method used for the booking.

For bank transfers or manual payments, please provide your bank account details for the refund to be issued securely.

5. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some discounted or promotional bookings are offered as non-refundable. Once confirmed, these bookings cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.

6. Force Majeure Conditions

In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the hotel’s control, the management reserves the right to modify or waive cancellation charges based on the situation.
